When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company, topic, and message you provide. That is the only personal information this website asks for.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not use third-party analytics that identify you personally.
2. We Do Not Handle Payment Details
This website does not sell anything and does not collect payment information. There is no checkout, no card entry, and no stored financial data anywhere on this site.
Client invoicing is handled under the terms of a signed engagement agreement, outside of this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or automated sequences.
4. Legal Basis and Retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as it is commercially relevant, and we delete it on request.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Enquiry messages are delivered through our email provider and are accessible only to DarCode team members handling the enquiry.
6. Client Data During Engagements
Personal data we encounter inside a client's systems during an engagement is processed under that client's instructions and the data processing agreement signed for that work. We act as a processor, not a controller, for that data.

7. Your Rights
