Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. License and Usage
Upon successful payment, DarCode grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the tier you purchased. You may not distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary software.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, and content are the exclusive property of DarCode.
5. Limitation of Liability
DarCode provides its software "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
