How to Request a Refund
Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, they handle all returns. You can request a refund directly through the email receipt you received from Paddle at the time of purchase, or you can contact DarCode support, and we will initiate the refund on your behalf through Paddle's system.
Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
